What are the fees?

Initial Franchise Fee - $15,000. The initial fee covers our cost to get you into the Lemon Heaven System, license our trademarks to you, train you at our corporate headquarters and travel to your home city to help you with your opening event.

Royalty Fee - Under $150,000 - 7%, $150,000 - $300,000 - 6% and over $300,000 you pay 5% royalty. Royalty fees pay for corporate support staff, corporate expenses, franchise development, accounting and legal fees.

Advertising Fund - Franchisees are required to contribute 2% to a national advertising fund, where the funds will be used for marketing initiatives to help increase franchisees sales.

All percentages are calculated on net sales (excluding sales tax).

Our license terms are for a period of 10 years with 10 year renewal periods.

Veterans Discount - Lemon Heaven is a member of the IFA's VetFran program and offers qualified veterans a $5,000 discount from their initial franchise fee.

Lemon Heaven has been a member of The International Franchise Association (IFA) for years and adheres to their strict code of ethics and best practices.
